Cupping:  Cupping therapy might be trendy now, but it’s not new. It dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. One of the oldest medical textbooks in the world, the Ebers Papyrus, describes how the ancient Egyptians used cupping therapy in 1,550 B.C. Cupping is a therapy in which heated glass cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy. Cupping has many purposes, including to help with  pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Hot Stone Massage: A stone massage is a massage that uses smooth, flat, and heated rocks placed at key points on the body. Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism.

Myofascial  Release: Myofascial release massage therapy helps to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles. Fascia is a thin, tough, elastic type of connective tissue that wraps most structures within the human body, including muscle. Fascia supports and protects these structures. Osteopathic theory proposes that this soft tissue can become restricted due to psychogenic disease, overuse, trauma, infectious agents, or inactivity, often resulting in pain, muscle tension, and corresponding diminished blood flow.
